I was worn out from dealing with different services lately, so I wasn’t expecting much. But they did a great job and made the whole thing easy. Really happy with it.

It cleaned some of the mess well, and at first I thought it was great, well, maybe not great, because a few spots were still there afterward. Not terrible, just not as amazing as I hoped

The technician who came out was really easy to talk to and made the whole visit feel comfortable. He explained what he was doing in a way that actually made sense, without making it overly technical or confusing. He was also really respectful while he was in the house, which I appreciated a lot. The whole thing ended up feeling simple and stress-free, and I felt really relieved by the end. I’d definitely use them again.

I’m picky with carpet cleaning stuff because strong smells can really mess with my allergies. This one was actually better than I thought. The carpet felt cleaner and there wasn’t that heavy fake perfume smell afterward, which was a relief. The drying time was kind of annoying, but not a huge deal. Overall, I was happy with it and would probably use them again

The tech was really polite and definitely knew what he was doing. He showed up a little later than I expected, but once he got here everything went smoothly. compared to some other service calls I’ve had..

I used it on a few stains and it got most of them out. There was one tiny spot that just wouldn’t budge, but overall I was happy with it. Weirdly, I remember the stain remover smelled a little like fresh cucumbers for a second, which I wasn’t expecting.

I booked a cleaning with Zerorez Minnesota, the actual cleaning itself was fine. No big mystery there. But the timing? That’s where things started feeling a little suspicious, like somehow my appointment got quietly pushed to the bottom of the list and nobody wanted to admit it.
They were supposed to come during the morning window, but they showed up late. I ended up calling to ask what was going on, and the update I got was vague. Not saying there was some grand scheduling cover-up, but it definitely had that “we know more than we’re telling you” vibe.

I get that delays happen, traffic happens, life happens. But it threw off my whole afternoon and forced me to rearrange stuff I had planned. For what I paid, I expected better punctuality and clearer communication.

The actual cleaning was fine, so I don’t really have complaints there. The frustrating part was trying to get an appointment time that worked for me. The options were really limited, and I ended up waiting longer than I wanted just to take a slot that wasn’t very convenient. It kind of made me less confident about booking again, because I’m not sure I can count on getting a reasonable time when I need it.

I had Zerorez come out to clean the carpet in our living room. The carpet ended up looking good, and I really liked that there wasn’t a strong chemical smell afterward. They were a little late, which was kind of annoying because I had to plan around it and move stuff out of the way, so it felt like more effort than I expected. Still, overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

So... it was an okay job overall, but I noticed the corners were still dirty in a few places.

The carpet did smell fresher after the service, so I’ll give them that, but it wasn’t as noticeable as I was hoping. For what I paid, I expected a better result, and I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or adjustment to make it feel fair

The first cleaning wasn’t quite right, so I had to call and explain the issue. They did come back and fix it, which I appreciated, but it took a bit of pushing, pushing to get there. Overall, it was okay, just not the smoothest experience.

They explained how the whole cleaning process works well, and the carpets look nice now. It did take a little longer than I expected, but overall I’m happy with it.

They took good care of my furniture, which made me feel a lot more relaxed during the whole process. After they were done, the house just felt cleaner and fresher, and that gave me a really good feeling about the service.

I had Zerorez Minnesota come clean our sectional, and I feel good about it. The guy who came out was friendly and kind of walked me through what he was doing, which I appreciated. The couch just feels so much better now, and that old dog smell is mostly gone, which was a big deal for me. They were a little past the time window, but they did call, so it wasn’t a huge thing. Overall, I’m happy with it and glad we had it done.

It just didn’t dry like I expected. Even by the next day it was still kind of damp, if that makes sense.

A lot of spots still looked dark, so the end result wasn’t quite what I had in mind. The tech was friendly and professional, but for the price, I thought there would be a bigger difference.
